Can I add the forwarding email address to an email group to receive emails at EngageMessage?
It's not possible to forward emails by just adding your forwarding email address to an email group. Please follow the instructions to set up the forwarding.
Can I forward my company email address to EngageMessage?
Yes. You can forward your company email address to EngageMessage. But you will need to mark it as a company address. This will stop it from getting added to conversations and causing email loops.
Open EngageMessage App > Settings > Email forwarding > Company address to ignore > + Add email.
Is there a size limit on the emails?
EngageMessage has a 20MB limit on email content. Any email larger than 20MB will be rejected. (This limit includes attachments.)
Can I forward emails to EngageMessage with customers added as BCC?
Yes. The emails contain BCC recipients will be forward to EngageMessage and any of those BCC'd recipients reply to the email, a new conversation will be created in EngageMessage, with a note linking to the original conversation.
If an email from an EngageMessage conversation is forwarded to another customer, and they reply, the reply email will be forwarded to EngageMessage too and you will see the same note with a link to the original conversation.
EngageMessage will make sure no one is added to a conversation they are not intended to be a part of. The only people added as participants in an email conversation are the original sender and any CC'd users. All the other subsequent interactions will be shown in separate conversations in EngageMessage.
