Often, when your customers reply your email your company's support email addresses (e.g. [email protected]) are often included. As a result, emails will come into your EngageMessage inbox as their own messages in the inbox.

To avoid receiving cluttering up your Inbox with unnecessary duplicate messages, you'll need to mark these addresses as 'company addresses' to let us know to ignore them.

Follow the steps below to mark your company address:

Open EngageMessage app > Settings > Email Forwarding > Company address to ignore > + Add email.

If I only forward one email address to EngageMessage which is my company email address, do I still need to mark it as my company email address?

Yes, we still recommend you to. It wouldn't hurt to add that address into your list of company addresses. Don't worry, you will not lose any email from doing that.
